The three (3) days Agric and Management seminar was organised by the Yaba Deanery in collaboration with the Dominican Centre for Human Resources Development (DCHRD) and Justice, Development and Peace Centre (JDPC) Archdiocese of Lagos.

The aim of the program was to empower the indigents who do not have the means of livelihood so they can cater for themselves and be more independent. The training cut across various types of agriculture like crop farming, animal husbandry, fish farming and other agricultural activities. Participants were also educated on financial management, sales and marketing skills,

At the end of the program, about one hundred and twenty (120) participants were trained on how to engage in these various agricultural activities. The program was a huge success as it was well attended. About one hundred and seventy-nine people were in attendance.
